Job Title: Scrum Master

Main Location: Bloomfield, CT (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Duties

• Serves as the "servant leader" of the Scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule.
• Must have a sufficient understanding of technology to enable them to lead team members and help them overcome their development roadblocks
• they must also understand business strategy and objectives, and be able to ensure that development work is prioritized by business value and results align with objectives.
• The incumbent delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor.
• Completes day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
• Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

Skills

• Need 10+ years of experience in Scrum Master
• Jira
• Scrum Methodology
• Microsoft Suite
• Communication Skills
• Presentation Skills
• Experience with communicating and presenting to Senior Level Management
• Financial Background a plus
