Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) or HCAs (Home Care Aides) with experience caring for seniors to join our award-winning team. We are a trusted provider of exceptional in-home care services ensuring our clients well-being dignity and quality of life at home.

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour forHCA and CNA caregivers

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care hygiene dressing and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients cant complete on their own including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency medical professionals and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements:

• ActiveCNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read write and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks

Generally expected hours: 12 20 per week but could go as high as 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
