Accounting Clerk (Entry-Level)

Duration: 12-month contract (Possible extension or full-time hire based on performance)
Pay Range: $17/hr - $18/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

 
About the Role:

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Probate Accounting Associate to join the Private Bank team.
  
• This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in trust accounting, financial documentation, and court reporting while working in a hybrid, professional environment.
  
• In this role, you’ll prepare and review probate accountings filed with Massachusetts and Connecticut probate courts.
  
• You’ll work closely with trust officers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure all filings are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Prepare and file court accountings in compliance with MA and CT probate laws

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Review financial data and ensure all filings meet accuracy and documentation standards

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Process checks for legal fees and filings as needed

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Partner with trust officers and attorneys to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Support audit and compliance procedures when required
